Condition Monitoring

ELECTRICAL SIGNATURE ANALYSIS

Electrical Signature Analysis for AC 3-phase motor-driven systems (e.g. pumps) uses motor current, voltage, and related signals to assess motor health and the condition of the drive train (bearings, gears, alignment, and electrical faults). By detecting changes in electrical patterns, harmonics, or load signatures, ESA can pinpoint developing faults before they cause unplanned outages, improve efficiency, and guide targeted maintenance.

VIBRATION ANALYSIS

Vibration analysis for industrial systems involves measuring and interpreting vibration signals from equipment (E.g. motors, gears, and bearings) to detect abnormalities like imbalances, misalignments, bearing wear, looseness, or structural looseness. By tracking trends over time, it enables early fault detection, guides targeted maintenance, and helps optimise asset performance and reliability.

INFRARED THERMOGRAPHY

Infrared thermography uses thermal imaging to visualise surface temperatures of equipment, electrical panels, and components. By identifying hotspots, cold spots, and temperature patterns, it helps detect overheating, insulation gaps, electrical faults, misalignment, and insulation degradation before failures occur.
